Faye Knight is a contemporary acrylics and mixed media artist. Established on the Hampshire, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire art scene, her vibrant impressionist studies of the English countryside now sell worldwide.
If a running theme could be suggested for Faye’s work, ‘Be in touch with nature’ would summarise it very well. With names including: ‘The Quiet Place’, ‘Into the Woods’, ‘The Warm Scent of Summer’ and ‘Joy’, each painting speaks of the release found in abandoning our senses to the timeless, intoxicating beauty of the hidden places in our natural world.
Faye is an accredited member of West Berkshire and North Hampshire Open Studios and a member of West Ox Arts Gallery. A selection of her work is exhibited at the Artysan Gallery in Stow-on-the-Wold and at her annual Open Studio event.
In addition to the above, Faye runs weekly classes at her local community hall, providing a fun and relaxing atmosphere for others to discover their creative talents through the medium of paint.
